Trusculpt uses radiofrequency technology to deliver energy to fat cells and heat them up so that they apoptically metabolise out of the body, i.e. fat loss by way of reducing the number of fat cells. Trusculpt is suitable for both large area sculpting and small area refinement, e.g. to improve double chin (cheeks) and knee flab.
The results of studies from in vitro fat heat resistance tests have shown that fat cells are able to reduce fat cell activity by 60% after 45°C and 3 minutes of continuous heating.
